Provoking Thought workshops are available to 11-25 year olds and their key contacts and can be delivered in schools, youth clubs and community groups. (Can be delivered to 25+ also).

safeTALK is a certified training programme that prepares anyone over the age of 15 to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources.

ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)

This two day course/15 hours helps all kinds of care givers (aged 18+) learn suicide first aid intervention and anyone who would like to feel better equipped in interactions with someone who has thoughts of suicide or with groups at increased risk of suicide.
