Service Lead - Primary Care Mental Health​​​​

​The Service Lead for Primary Care Mental Health in the Southern GP Federation Support Unit will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) working alongside other professionals in a seamless and coordinated way.​

 

This role will be permanent, part-time: 2 days per week.
