General Practice Nurse (Qualified)
The Armagh & Dungannon Federation are recruiting for a Temporary General Practice Nurse who will provide nursing services to the practice population through evidence based, quality focused care. Within the scope of practice, and as appropriate to the role, the post-holder will undertake a range of nursing assessments, providing safe, effective, and person-centred care/treatment in partnership with GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and other members of the MDT.
Post: Temporary 9-month contract,15 hours per week (2 days) based in Markethill Health Centre.
