Senior Mental Health Practitioner

 

​​​​We are thrilled to be recruiting for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to work in the South Armagh area within the Southern GP Federation. You will be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking MDT, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing mental health services. Your expertise will help foster multi-disciplinary collaboration, driving the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centred care within primary care settings. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of mental health care while working alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.

Permanent Post,  Full Time or Part Time considered
